WYLDER APPROVED PUMPKIN OVERNIGHT OATS. 🎃 TBH, both babies are obsessed with these overnight oats. Sharing this recipe for #WhatPoppyEats Wednesday… or should I say #WhatWylderEats! . Yes, it’s messy but that’s the fun of eating at this age! 🤘🏻 They learn different textures to enjoy and have fun while doing it. Just don’t plan on serving this for breakfast when you need to get outta the house quick. 😵💫😂 Make sure to save this post to refer back to the recipe! . Pumpkin Overnight Oats (makes 2 baby portions or 1 adult portion): * 1/3 cup organic rolled oats * 1/4 cup organic pumpkin purée * 1/4 cup full fat thick greek yogurt * 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice * 1 tbsp chia seeds * 1/2 cup whole milk or milk of choice, may need more depending on desired thickness * 1 tbsp @grounduppdx cashew coconut almond butter or other nut butter of choice, “whatrobineats” for a discount * 1 tbsp maple syrup ONLY for adults or babies over 2. Poppy eats it without the syrup totally fine but I prefer it sweetened. . Add everything to a jar, top with a lid, and SHAKE. Refrigerate overnight then enjoy with whatever toppings you want and serve small portions to your baby. 🧡 . #toddlermealideas #toddlermeals #kidapproved #kidapprovedfood #blwbreakfast #blwrecipes #blw #solidstartsbaby #solidstartsgraduate
