Instructions

1. Toast a slice of sourdough bread. 
2. To make whipped cottage cheese, place 1 cup of cottage cheese in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (You will use 1/4 cup for this recipe; store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week).
3. Dice 4 strawberries.
4. Sauté the diced strawberries in 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil until soft.
5. Spread 1/4 cup of whipped cottage cheese on the toasted sourdough.
6. Top with the sautéed strawberries.
7. Drizzle with raw honey.
