I’d consider these sweet potato baked donuts filled with chocolate peanut butter chunks my love language. Joel went on to say these are the BEST donuts I’ve ever made... like what?! I’ve made a lot of donuts since we’ve been together (six years married next February 🤯) so that’s saying something.

What you need

whole wheat pastry flour

1 ¼ cup whole wheat pastry flour

almond flour

½ cup almond flour

sweet potato puree

1 cup sweet potato puree

pink himalayan salt

1 dash pink himalayan salt

coconut oil

¼ cup coconut oil

coconut sugar

½ cup coconut sugar

milk

¼ cup milk

vanilla extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

flax egg

baking soda

1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

Mix the donut wet ingredients together until smooth. Add in dry and mix until combined. Gently mix in the crushed Jojo's peanut butter delight chocolate bark. Pour the donut batter into two prepped donut pans with nonstick cooking spray. Should fill about 10 donut molds. Bake at 350°F for 12-17 minutes. Let the donuts cool for 20 minutes before frosting and enjoying! I added some red all-natural sprinkles because this the season.
