Strawberries are red, plain unsweetened @lifewaykefir bottles are blue, just one bite of these pink baked donuts and you’ll be happy until June! ✨

1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the donut dry ingredients (gf 1-to-1 baking flour, crushed dried strawberries, coconut sugar, ground flax seeds, baking powder) together and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (Lifeway Kefir, dairy free milk of choice, melted coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract).
4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add 1-2 extra tablespoons of dairy-free milk if the mixture is too dry; the batter will be thick but shouldn’t be dry.
5. Pour the batter into a prepped donut pan.
6. Bake for 18 minutes.
7. After baking, let cool completely on a wire rack before glazing.
8. For the glaze: Mix the beet powder with a little water to make a paste. Combine this paste with softened probiotic cream cheese.
9. Glaze the cooled donuts.
10. Top with a few extra dried strawberries if desired.
