Spring White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Melt 1 cup of the white chocolate + 1 teaspoon of the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted and smooth. Use a tablespoon measure to pour a small amount of the melted white chocolate into the candy mold. Place the mold in the freezer for around 10 minutes or until the bottom chocolate layer has hardened a bit. Next, drop a small spoonful of the peanut butter into the center of each cup. Top the peanut butter cups with the remaining of the first 1 cup of white chocolate. Melt the remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate with the remaining coconut oil about 30 seconds. Heat again if needed. Divide into however many little bowls you’ll need then mix in food coloring. Drizzle this over the top of the white chocolate. Freeze for 15 minutes or until solid. Enjoy!
