A homemade Starbucks copycat recipe for an Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Latte, saving you money by making it at home. This recipe includes instructions for the brown sugar syrup and the full latte assembly.
For the Brown Sugar Syrup: In a small frying pan or pot on the stove, combine 4 tbsp packed brown sugar, 3 tbsp water, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 scoop vanilla multi collagen. Place on medium-high heat. Whisk to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
For the Latte: Brew two shots (approx. 1/2 cup) of Nespresso espresso into a mason jar. Add 2 tbsp of your prepared brown sugar syrup and ice. Put a lid on the mason jar and shake for one minute. Add some fresh ice into another cup, pour your shaken brown sugar espresso over it, and top with cold frothed oat milk. Enjoy!
