A cozy, holiday-inspired iced latte made with homemade sugar cookie syrup, creamy vanilla cold foam, espresso, and festive sprinkles. Tastes like a warm sugar cookie in coffee form—sweet, buttery, nostalgic, and ready in minutes.
For the syrup
2 Combine sugar, white chocolate chips, and water in a small pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
For the cold foam
4 Add heavy cream and vanilla to a cup. Froth until it becomes a soft, pillowy foam.
For the latte
6 Mix espresso with the sugar cookie syrup. Add milk and fill the cup with ice. Spoon the vanilla cold foam over the top and finish with sprinkles.
