What you need

crunchy peanut butter

⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter

vanilla extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

coconut oil

⅓ cup coconut oil

white chocolate chips

½ cup white chocolate chips

fine sea salt

¼ tsp fine sea salt

candy coated chocolate pieces

⅓ cup candy coated chocolate pieces

almond flour

2 cup almond flour

egg

rolled oats

1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with a reusable baking mat. Whisk dry ingredients together, except for chocolates, in a large bowl, set aside. Whisk wet ingredients together in a medium size bowl then mix together with dry. Gently mix in chocolates. Form batter into 18-19 balls and then flatten slightly. Add some extra chocolates to the tops if you’d like. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until tops are golden. Let these cookies cool completely before eating! Almond flour needs time to “set” so they don’t fall to pieces.
