I created my most favorite cold brew recipe ever! I’m a big fan of cinnamon in my coffee and this Cinnamon Dolce cold brew made with @simpletruth4u Organic Cold Brew just hits the spot. Bust out your blenders and get ready to venture into cold brew heaven. We may not be going out for coffee these days but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy fancy coffee on the daily.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Syrup:

1. In a small saucepan, bring the water, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to a boil.
2. Let it boil for 2 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Remove from heat and set aside.

For the Cinnamon Dolce Cold Brew:

1. Add the cold brew ingredients (cold brew coffee, milk, cinnamon sugar syrup, and collagen protein) to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend for 45 seconds.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice, pour the cold brew mixture over the ice, and enjoy!
