Campfire Ghost Pumpkin S'mores Latte

Make the marshmallow syrup
1 Add the water and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat.Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.Add the roasted marshmallows (or marshmallow fluff) along with the vanilla extract and continue whisking until smooth.Allow the syrup to cool before transferring it to a jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Make the latte
3 Pull two shots of espresso.Add the espresso to a shaker with the marshmallow syrup, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, sea salt, and maple syrup.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until everything is chilled and the pumpkin is fully incorporated.Add the marshmallow ghosts to your fav glass and fill it with fresh ice.Pour in your milk of choice.Top with the shaken espresso mixture.Give it a gentle stir before enjoying.
