⅓ cup raw honey

Next, add 1 cup of blueberries to the food processor and pulse until the blueberries are just broken up and combined. The cottage cheese will turn a slight purple color. Pour the mixture into a bowl or a loaf pan. Drizzle with some manuka honey + top with remaining blueberries. Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight. Serve in a dish or on an ice cream cone, enjoy!
