gluten free all purpose flour

1 ⅓ cup gluten free all purpose flour

no-calorie sweetener

¼ cup no-calorie sweetener

vanilla extract

½ tbsp vanilla extract

milk

1 cup milk

sprinkles

2 ½ tbsp sprinkles

baking powder

2 tsp baking powder

fine sea salt

¼ tsp fine sea salt

Instructions

Blend wet (including the sugar) ingredients together then hand mix in dry until just combined. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes before gently stirring in the sprinkles. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to ladle the batter onto a hot waffle stick waffle maker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Let the waffles cook until the light turns red. Or use another waffle maker and go by the directions. Repeat until the batter is gone. Plate and top with whatever your heart desires!
